Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to any transaction between Dunnio Tailor (“Dunnio”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and its customers (“customer”, “you” or “your”), whether made online (“Dunnio.com”) or at any Dunnio Tailor location (“Showroom”). Showrooms and Dunnio.com will be referred together as “Dunnio’s stores” or “Dunnio”.
We strive to give you a satisfying experience every time you visit one of the Dunnio Stores. Dunnio combines fashion with innovation to promise all clients, considering their body type or style preference, the perfect fit. Once your garment arrives, we will invite you for a fitting to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction. For our vest tailoring service at store, you will try the fitting once before finalizing the product.! Please note that by creating an account, submitting an order and/or making a purchase at any Dunnio’s stores, you agree to the Terms set forth below:
- Orders
Dunnio reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion. We may decline orders if measurements are beyond our available patterns or if quantities exceed limits. An email confirmation upon order receipt does not confirm acceptance of your order; it merely acknowledges its receipt.
After placing your order, Dunnio may reach out to you for further details, such as measurements or customizations. It's crucial to promptly provide any requested information to ensure timely processing. Dunnio reserves the right to pause or cancel orders if necessary information is not provided on time. Additionally, Dunnio retains the right to decline any monogram containing offensive language. In such cases, the account holder will be notified via email.
In the event Dunnio makes a change to or cancels an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was submitted.
- How it works
Please visit one of our showrooms to have your entire facility measured. You will experience our full tailoring service and complete the transaction here. The production time takes between 10-14 days. Or you can also order online. We invite you to begin the customization process online and complete your online purchase on this website.

- Payment Conditions
For cases of remote online orders, all transactions are made through online payment by the seller. Customers receive payment confirmation when payment details are entered and the ordering process is finished.
We would like to inform you that, no matter how unlikely, orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, depending on where the order is placed. For orders with a value greater than what is permitted by personal exemption laws in any area, customs fees may apply. In those cases, the logistics company will usually collect customs fees right at your door.
- Dunnio's Pricing and Promotions Policy
Prices at Dunnio's stores will be shown in local currency where possible. If not available, prices default to U.S. Dollars. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees. Local currency for Dunnio.com will be determined by geo-location and shipping address.
Dunnio reserves the right to change prices and correct errors, even after order submission. Prices may change anytime.
Promotional codes or coupons cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. If multiple codes are used unintentionally, Dunnio may limit or modify the order. Codes are not valid for clearance items.
All promotions are subject to these Terms and the promotion's terms. In case of conflict, these Terms prevail.
- Order cancellation policy: We do not have an order cancellation policy.
- Final Provisions:
These Terms and Conditions are subject to modification, amendment, and substitution by Dunnio at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. We encourage you to review these Terms whenever you visit any of the Dunnio’s stores. Your use of Dunnio.com or any transaction at our Showrooms signifies your agreement to these Terms. The most recent Terms posted on Dunnio.com or available at our Showrooms will be binding.
By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to indemnify Dunnio, its agents and representatives from any liability, damages or causes of action arising out of such transactions with us, your use of any Dunnio’s store or your breach thereof. Condition.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of our city and country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of relevant jurisdiction. Dunnio's waiver of any provision does not waive any other provision or our right to enforce each provision. If any provision is found to be invalid or illegal, it will be adjusted to remedy such problems without affecting the other provisions.
