Never fold a linen suit flat if you can avoid it. Use a garment bag and carry it on board. If you must pack it in a suitcase, use the "Roll Method": turn the jacket inside out, tuck the shoulders into one another, place the rolled trousers inside the jacket, and roll the entire bundle loosely. This prevents hard creases from setting.
